I have a Raspberry Pi 4 Model B with an IMX477 camera, and I am trying to stream using GStreamer to get the IP for the stream. I want to program and work with the stream on my personal laptop, which is running Windows. However, I am facing an issue because I cannot get GStreamer to work on my Legacy OS. Every time I try to install it, it either doesn’t work, lacks necessary components, or fails to support libcamera. I have tried multiple times with the help of ChatGPT, but I still can’t get it to function properly. I need assistance with downloading and setting up the GStreamer library correctly for streaming.
