Troubleshooting • USB Soundcard output level low on rp3, normal on rp400

Hi,
I have the following setup that I tried on my rp3 and my rp400.
3A alim
Arturia Minifuse 1 USB Soundcard
(And a 1974 Japanese SG copy, a reamp and an amp but it does not change anything)
Rp touchscreen2 on the rp3
HDMI screen on the rp400.

Same rp os with pipewire , guitarix and a two different patchbays because ray session was not available on the rp3.

On the rp400, it is ok: the output level of the Soundcard is correct. The LEDs are on up to top.

On the rp3, the output level remains very low, with just the first led being on.

Do you know what can cause the difference ? Hardware, software, both? And do you see a solution ?

I tried disconnecting the touchscreen. It did not change anything. I tried also all the USB ports on the rp3. No change.
