I feel like a total idiot, but am I doing anything wrong? I'm trying to install openmw from a tar.gz file I got off their GitHub and for the life of me, I can't get it running. I can extract it but none of the binaries do anything when I try to run then.
I saw something that said you can right click and open with the App center but that doesn't work either.
Installing using sudo apt openmw, the app works installs and runs but there are errors that I'm trying to overcome by using the tar.gz version.
Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrongly?
