Beginners • how find software which using card music on USB.

Hi

I would like know that its is some way to check which software is using USB music card. I think it is the reason why shairpot is doesn't transmit none of sound by speakers.

When I restarted Raspberry I see LED which on USB Music is Blinking like it is using thought another software.

Do you have any idea how to solve this problem issue?
