Compute Module • unable to boot cm5 after firmware update on ioboard

I have CM 5 4GB/32GBemmc with ioboard (development kit) and ..

At first, i was unable to boot on SD card, but on screen it just tried to boot from everyone but it was unable to do it.
Luckily, after 1 hour of trying, I discovered a message on board (SD card only used for CM5 without eMMC).
I tried to install PiOS on nvme, but ioboard was unable to detect nvme at all(I installed PiOS on nvme on Samsung 980 PRO).
I spent ages figuring out how to install PiOS on eMMC, and I found Jeff video and I managed to do it so I installed PiOS on emmc, restarted and .. IT WORKS :D
Unfortunately, I decided to upgrade PiOS and board using
sudo apt update -y && sudo apt full-upgrade -y && sudo apt clean -y && sudo apt autoremove -y && sudo reboot
and
sudo rpi-eeprom-update
sudo rpi-eeprom-update -a
sudo reboot

and since then
ioboard has started with red light only, and nothing happen.
I tried a different power supply and removed NVME..., but nothing.
At first, I thought CM5 died, but when I connected CM5 with ioboard to the pc ..., the light changed to green, and I can still access emmc and reinstall it...

I can NOT boot on my own. When I unplug from the PC ... nothing happens. There is only a red light on the board.
few notes.

Any ideas on how to revive it ?

Thank for any ideas and advice in advance!
