I have a system which has multiple touch screens. They are assigned to their respective displays correctly.
Problem: on-screen keyboard always appears on the screen which has the panel.
Question: how to open the on-screen keyboard on the extended desktop panel?
I.e. I right click on the screen WITHOUT the panel, select 'new folder' from the context menu. The window with the folder name shows up on that screen but the on-screen keyboard is on the other screen (WITH the panel)
Is that a driver or an OS related issue?
