Troubleshooting • Bluescreen with HDMI to Receiver/Beamer

Hi guys I need help, I spent 3 nights now without solution or even finding the cause of my problem.
I am using a PI4 connected via HDMI to a stereo receiver (and beamer). The beamer and receiver setup works fine (also for hours) using a DVD player for example. With the pi I receive a blue screen. And I do not find a possibility to fix this because I do not know where the root cause is.

On the pi I use Debian GNU/Linux 12 (bookworm) and KODI installed afterwards. It worked fine after setup and installation for several hours – but only once. Than Kodi froze and did not respond. Could not switch to the Desktop. I rebooted via SSH (or power out, I cannot remember) and during startup the screen shows:
The bluescreen from the beamer (with ‘input HDMI1’ written) for ~1 second (expected)
A black screen like the pi terminal with just the underline cursor on the top left for ~1 second (expected, I guess)
Instead of the berry splash screen I receive a blue screen (a darker one without ‘input HDMI1’).

The pi is responsive via SSH. I checked the temperature after the freeze with
vcgencmd measure_temp
result: ~60°C

I always start receiver and beamer first, then the pi.

I tried switching the pi for another one –> same behaviour, so I do not think it’s an error with the HDMI connector.

The fact that I receive a black screen with the pi terminal cursor should show that the connection to the beamer works fine as well. Am I right?

Here is what I tried in /boot/firmware/config.txt
#ignore_lcd=1
#disable_touchscreen=1
#hdmi_mode=16
#hdmi_safe=1
#config_hdmi_boost=4

(At first I had a touchscreen installed in parallel, which I removed in the meantime – without fixing the problem)
Can you give me hints what I could try?
