My aim:
1. Automatically wake up the NAS daily
2. The NAS may or may not have a list of torrents that it will look for that day
3. Copy any new torrents from the NAS to the Pi
4. Seed new and existing torrents from the Pi
5. Remove the torrents which have satisfied their ratio from the Pi
6. Automatically put the NAS to sleep daily
7. The Pi will remain online 24/4 and have enough temporary storage for seeding.
The sleeping is not a problem and I think mapping the Pi will be doable but I hesitate on how to get the Pi to seed files it has not downloaded.
I think when I copy the files to the Pi, I will need to force a re-check but would appreciate some guidance.
I did try asking in another thread but it just ended up with confusion and a 'wish you luck' parting. I hope it is ok to frame my question in a better way to avoid confusion.
