Hello All,
The tutorials to setup ftp on rpi (that I found on Google) assume that I want to user user name pi for the ftp. What if I want another user name? I recall that I removed user pi from my rpis for security purposes.
Is there a tutorial writeup i.e. for user 'guest' to be created, configured and then exclusively dedicated for ftp usage?
Especially I don't want my own user name to be used. The plan is to have the ftp for other people to upload data. I only want to give them the guest account and some weak password. But they should not be able to do anything else but ftp.
Cheers,
Gert
