Troubleshooting • Blank Prompt on Bootup

Hello,

I am having the issue of being stuck on a blank black screen after bootup with a marker as if I should be able to type, but I cannot. We were just running our pi a few days ago and it did not have this problem. It still responds to key inputs like ctrl alt del. Any help is appreciated.
