Troubleshooting • Raspberry Pi4B No Green Light

Hi, I have a Raspberry Pi 4B that is not booting up. The red light (power) is constant, but the green light quickly flashes once before remaining off. I have tried different power sources and Micro SD cards without any change. I have also followed the sticky thread to update the EEPROM. Again no success.

Is this a hardware fault?
