I have an RPi 5 that won't boot. The LED turns green for a few seconds and then turns red.
I purchased a Raspberry Pi Debug Probe and connected it to the debug connector on the RPi 5. Using the Raspberry Pi Imager 1.8.5, I flashed a 16GB microSD card with Raspberry Pi OS (64-bit) 2024-03-15 when this failed, I flashed the same card with Raspberry Pi OS (32-bit) 2024-03-15. I verified that the microSD card will boot on an RPi 4.
Using minicom on an RPi 4, I captured the output below. Is there anything I can do to "fix" this RPi 5 or should it be trashed?
(The two files, `[sdcard] autoboot.txt not found` and `[sdcard] pieeprom.upd not found` are not there when I mount the microSD card on my Windows 10 desktop).
