Squeekboard on Trixie uses the full screen width for its window even if not needed. That limits the ability to have any applications to either side of it as those windows get covered. There doesn't seem to be any way to make the window smaller.
In addition, if squeekboard is up, terminal windows cannot be moved as they immediately jump back when one attempts to move them. Other windows (not requiring input) are moveable.
