Interfacing (DSI, CSI, I2C, etc.) • DSI connector is not listed by modetest, help to decipher vcdbg log msg

I am a bit lost with my 7" DSI touch from AliExp (no brand on it).
I have attached it to the DSI connector of a Raspberry Pi 4, edited the `/boot/config.txt` file following info a found a bit here and there, but no luck.

I activated `dtdebug` and I ran `sudo vcdbg log msg` but I see no mention of my DSI display nor of any DSI connector. I am clueless on what to try on `config.txt` at this point. Anyone can decipher what is going on from these logs? Any suggestion for a good and up to date guide to setup a no-brand DSI 7" ?

Also using `modetest` I see nothing about DSI
