Official Display • Touch works. Sometimes. On Pi 5

I have the Pi 5, the official touchscreen on DSI, and it works fine. Not only the screen part, but also the touch part. But, I don't seem to find how to "double click" with touch. If an on screen button needs to be pushed (one click) it works as expected. But if I want to start a script that is linked to an icon on the desktop (double click) I can't find how to do this with just touch.

I couldn't find an answer in the documentation either, so, is there anyone who can help me?
