I recently bought 4 new RPi3B+ boards and I am trying to get them up with an SD card from another working RP3B+ board.
When I put the SD card from the working system into the new board, power the new board with the power module that was powering the working board, I get the 4 slow / 7 fast blinks - Power Failure Type B.
I "assumed" it might be a DOA board, so I pulled another new one out of the box, and guess what... The same problem!
I hesitate to pull out another new board and try again... What is this failure and how can I fix it? What can I look for if it might be something in my setup?
