Official Display • Official 15" display startup icons

I purchased the Official Raspberry Pi 15.6” monitor for my Magic Mirror project. When the monitor is turned on, icons for power connections and HDMI information are displayed. I'm using a PIR sensor to turn off the monitor if no motion is detected in the room. I would like to prevent these icons and information from being displayed when motion is detected. Is there a way to disable the startup icons and HDMI information from being displayed when the monitor is powered on?
