So I'm trying to use my Pico to listen to the USB data being sent from my computer to a USB speaker, and then recognize when specific data is sent. I have a good idea of how USB protocol works, but I don't know what steps I need to take to make my Pico listen at the correct clock speed. The next step I'd like to accomplish is being able to play a specific sound on my computer, have the Pico store the data coming through, and then be able to analyze the D+ and D- signals to then pull out the Js, Ks, SE0s and SE1s. Ultimately I'd like to be able have the Pico listen for a specific sequence of Js, Ks, SE0s and SE1s and associate different sequences with different types of sounds. Some key terms seem to be serial and baud but I'm not really sure how to apply those.
