Troubleshooting • Tv screens frozen and out of line

Hi, in my work we are using Raspberry Pi 4 4 and 8 Gb to play videos 12 hours a day, these are being monitored by using piSignage, so we can change the videos, templates, etc.. It is obvious that for this they have to be connected to the internet (we are using ethernet cable), also we are using ADATA SD memories of 32 GB. Finally piSignage gives us the facility that also has templates for the use of two screens.

The problem is when we try to use the two video ports of the Raspberry, as this has caused us much conflict because after certain hours the screens freeze and disconnect from the network. We have restarted the Raspberry, changed the memories, changed the resolution of the Raspberry with the command Control + Alt + T “sudo raspy-config” in the Display section (it should be noted that we do not use a particular brand of TV, we have various brands such as LG, Samsung, Panasonic, etc.), we use HDMI video adapters with certain resolution and we have even put them by WiFi, but the problem persists. The last thing we have been trying is to change the flash drives to USB, we are waiting for this to work.

As a bonus, some do work under some terms, like having them connected by ethernet, wifi, activate the 4k resolution and put an HDMI adapter, usually it's all at once, if I'm not wrong this has only been 2 cases, but the others not even doing all this work.

So does anyone know what is causing this problem and how can we fix it?

Thank you very much for your help and time. :D
