Beginners • Need help with ADS1115

I am a newby with Rapsberry Pi.
I did the blinking light, etc., but now I want to use the ADS1115 and connect it to a microphone (max4466).

Now I have issues loading a package / a library for the ADS1115.
I tried Adafruit ADS1x15 library, but it gives me a headache!

Can someone help me with a clear how to install it?
