Advanced users • What's the exact mean of "dtparam=rtc_bbat_vchg=3000000"

In rpi5 document, I can read the rpi battery of rpi5 is compatible with ML20XX series, which's nominal voltage is 3.0V.
But what whill happend when voltage of ML2032 battery is higher than 3.0V? Will RPI5 charge battery to 3.2V?The fully chargeing voltage of ML2032 is 3.3V and 3.2V is considered as safety.
Can I set dtparam=rtc_bbat_vchg=3200000,to make ML2032 is charged to 3.2V?
Or can I set dtparam=rtc_bbat_vchg=3600000 to make RPI support LIR2032,which's nominal voltage is 3.6V.And from "/sys/class/rtc/rtc0/charging_voltage_max" I can see 4400000,but when "dtparam=rtc_bbat_vchg=3000000" is set ,charging_voltage is fixed to 3000000.
And when RPI5 whill start a charging sequence when voltage of battery is too low? I means the start charging voltage. Is the value of charging_voltage_min set this? But 1.3V is too low for ML2032
