SDK • Problem with VSCode extension and Pico SDK 2.1.1

Hello everyone!

I have problems with VSCode extension and new SDK 2.1.1. (probable). Tested several times.
Case 1: Windows 10, VS Code 1.97.2, VS Code pico extension 0.17.5.
Case 2: Raspberry Pi OS in VirtualBox x64, VS Code 1.97.2, VS Code pico extension 0.17.5.

All is installed as standard. When I create new project from example 'blink' using SDK version 2.1.1 (it is default now), I got the same error in both cases:
Failed to download and install SDK. Make sure all requirements are met.
Source: Raspberry Pi Pico.

Also I noticed that there is no CMake extension icon in the left bar.

What should I do, where can I see some logs and more detailed errors?
