Hey, I'm posting this because I have an issue with my Pi400, as you can see in the title.
So, I was updating my Pi400 using the commands and .
During this process, I left and didn't watch what happened. But when I came back, the screen was black, and the USB ports were not powered, with a solid green light.
I could see that the USB ports weren't powered because a mouse was plugged into one of them.
None of the GPIO pins were used, so I couldn't make a shortcut between 5V and GND.
What did I try to fix this?
EDIT :
Before it stopped working, my Pi400 was running Debian Buster, in case that helps.

What did I try to fix this?
- Removed the power supply from the Pi400 and plugged it back in.
- Took a new SD card and installed a fresh Pi400 OS.
- Tried to install a new bootloader—nothing happened. No green screen and no blinking green LED.
