Troubleshooting • Pi 400 dosen't boot after full-upgrade, Solide green light, USB not powered, no video

Hey, I'm posting this because I have an issue with my Pi400, as you can see in the title.

So, I was updating my Pi400 using the commands

Code:

sudo apt update
and

Code:

sudo apt full-upgrade
.

During this process, I left and didn't watch what happened. But when I came back, the screen was black, and the USB ports were not powered, with a solid green light.

I could see that the USB ports weren't powered because a mouse was plugged into one of them.
None of the GPIO pins were used, so I couldn't make a shortcut between 5V and GND.

What did I try to fix this?
  1. Removed the power supply from the Pi400 and plugged it back in.
  2. Took a new SD card and installed a fresh Pi400 OS.
  3. Tried to install a new bootloader—nothing happened. No green screen and no blinking green LED.
So, what can I do to fix this? What could have happened to turn my Pi400 into a brick?

EDIT :
Before it stopped working, my Pi400 was running Debian Buster, in case that helps.
