Beginners • Keeping plant starts alive on vacation

I am new to using raspberry pis for anything other than kodi so please bare with me lol.

I am trying to make a simple irrigation system to be able to water plant starts while on vacation. I would like to use a raspberry pi 4.
I am wondering if this system I put together would work or if you recommend a different solution.

Im not sure if I need a separate power board.
And obviously a water pump of some kind
