Troubleshooting • Networks in upper 5 GHz Wi-Fi not found

I'm working with a Raspberry Pi 4 CM and when I want to connect to a Wi-Fi network it looks like networks which use the upper Wi-Fi Bands (149, 157 in my tests) are not shown.

I'm using the following git revisions of the repositories:

Kernel: git://github.com/raspberrypi/linux.git (e442e5c1ab6bff5b5460b4fc949beb72aaf77970)
