Hi,
I have had issues when trying to use the Raspberry Pi A.I camera with my Raspberry PI CM 5 (and I/O board).
I have set it up, as per instructions: https://www.raspberrypi.com/documentati ... deployment
Got ' ERROR: *** no cameras available ***'
Have tried various methods such as:
- Using both DISP0 and DISP1 connections.
- Added jumpers to where it says on the i/o board for when using DISP1
- Followed viewtopic.php?t=378050 regarding potentially older firmware. 'dmesg | grep 2040' returns nothing relevant, sometimes nothing at all.
- Changing autodetect in /boot/firmware/config.txt from 1 -> 0 -> 1
- Followed various steps in some other forum posts, to no avail
There seems to be no sign of the camera anywhere in any dmesg log.
At this point I was beginning to think potentially a faulty camera or I'd accidentely broken the ribbon cable.
Plugged into a Pi 5, setup as above and voila, works first time!
Similar results with my colleagues using their respective camera/i/o board/ cm5 combination.
Potentially hardware related?
Would appreciate any help.
