Troubleshooting • Raspberry pi 5 randomly freezes and becomes unresponsive

I have had my raspberry pi 5 since I think April. Starting in December I would get an alert from home bridge that my cameras went offline. When I would get this notification I would see that the pihole stopped working, I could not ssh into the pi and it was completely unresponsive and remained unresponsive until I unplugged the pi from power and plugged it back in. Sometimes it would go offline twice in one day while other times it would be 2 weeks before going offline again.

Would anyone have any idea why it’s doing this and how to prevent it from happening again? It recently went offline yesterday.

I used the official pi program to create the boot image, I am using the official power supply and checked (about 3 weeks ago) that my pi is running the latest version of the os and has no updates available. I also checked and my SD card is about half full so I’m not out of space on the card. I tried to get logs but I can’t remote in when it’s down and it does not show any logs from the past upon reboot.
