Raspberry Pi OS • Default values for cmdline.txt

Hi

I can see my "/boot/cmdline.txt ":

console=tty1 root=PARTUUID=657dbd5b-02 rootfstype=ext4 fsck.repair=yes rootwait

While some websites claim that old OS was using:

console=serial0,115200 console=tty1 root=PARTUUID=12345678-01 rootfstype=ext4 elevator=deadline fsck.repair=yes rootwait quiet splash plymouth.ignore-serial-consoles

Are the following values the default and not required to be existing in the new OS?

elevator=deadline
quiet
splash
plymouth.ignore-serial-consoles
