General • Flaw in the Hacker Challenge ?

5.4 There is a limit of one entry to the Challenge per person.
Rather late in the day I know but I hadn't paid any real attention to the Hacker Challenge as I had no intention of competing. But now I've looked; it seems fundamentally flawed to me. The rules appear to limit the revelation of issues rather than exposing any and all issues there may be; which I would have thought was the challenge's prime purpose ?

Let's hope no one submitted a hack which Raspberry Pi has not accepted as valid, and didn't submit the hack which would have been accepted because they were only allowed one entry.

And let's hope no one has found an issue which hasn't been revealed to Raspberry Pi because they were ineligible to enter.

Maybe I've simply misunderstood the purpose of the Hacker Challenge; I am more familiar with Bug Bounties which are continual, don't impose deadlines.
