USB disk connected to Monitor - Raspberry Pi 5 doesn't see the disk (no device available)

When I connect directly to the PI USB port everything works fine and the device and filesystem is available.

Is this problem specific to my monitor: Dell P2423DE (2560 x 1440 pixels, 23.80")?

How-To fix?
