I unplugged my Pi4 today for a few hours, plugged it back in, and nothing was working. First thing I noticed was that the usb device I have plugged in isn't lighting up. After moving things around, it seems all the usb ports are dead. When powered, i get a very quick two or three green flashes accompanied by what sounds like a hard drive reading sound/coil whine (SD card in or out), and the flashes repeat indefinitely. So, two or three flashes, a split second of a break, then it repeats.
So I checked out the troubleshooting sticky and the pi4 information, and I'm really unclear about the green light patterns.
The flashing is so rapid that I'm not sure how many there are, so I can't help but feel like I might be observing something separate to what the troubleshooting guide is talking about.
I tried the boot loader reset image in the raspberry pi flasher, and after reinserting the card, it's doing the same thing but a little slower. (A couple of rapid blinks, a tiny break, repeat).
I will try plugging into a monitor tomorrow, but in the meantime, can someone tell me if this flashing pattern is supposed to be this fast??
