SDK • PICO_XOSC_STARTUP_DELAY_MULTIPLIER 64 - Custom boards not booting.

Hi everyone...
So this is actually an old issue, but I'm in a real pickle, and was wondering if anyone could help. I have a batch of custom RP2040 boards, and about 25% of them have a boot issue. I've seen and read about this before:
viewtopic.php?t=333918 -
The issue was found here at the bottom, but I can't achieve it myself.

I've had this happen on all of my RP2040 boards, but only one or two here and there. The problem is with the delay time on startup where the chip waits for the oscillator to stabilize. I need to lengthen this time (#define PICO_XOSC_STARTUP_DELAY_MULTIPLIER 64), but in order to do that I need to re-create a custom uf2 file. I've been at it with the limited information online, and I simply CAN NOT get this thing to compile. I'm certainly not a noob in terms of programming, but I'm no grand-master either, and I am down in a pit right now. I was hoping to find a fixed RP2040 micropython uf2 file on github, as many people have managed to do it, but I can't find anything. I'm really spinning my wheels. Is there anyone out there who has a copy of a fixed UF2 ffile for me to try? I can't message anybody from the original post. The forum won't let me.

I know that it is a shot in the dark, but does anyone reading this by chance have a "fixed" version of the micropython RP2040 uf2 for this problem?
I hate to bother people like this, but my stress is agonizing...

Thank you for your time!
