Raspberry Pi OS • Swapping micro SD from Pi 4 to Pi 5 - no GUI

Just got my Raspberry Pi 5, and have run into a problem. I'm hoping to be able to just pull my SD card from my Pi 4 into my Pi 5, to avoid having to reinstall and configure all the software I'm running. My Pi 4 boots up to the GUI, but when I boot up the Pi 5 it just goes to a full screen command line, no GUI. Anyone know what's going on here? I'm running Raspbian Bullseye.
