Beginners • NVME PCIe gen 4 compatible

Hello,

Using PINN, I installed
- Raspios ARM64 full,
- Kali 64 5,
- Ubuntu 24.04

On a NVME PCIe gen 4 SSD.

But now I get BOOT ERROR: code 45 - 'Fatal firmware error'

I saw many topics saying gen 3 PCIe NVME SSD are not stable and as I was not aware of that, I tried to install those on a gen 4 PCIE NVME SSD.

How can I fix this ??

If it is not possible for me to boot on the NVME SSD, how can I access the firmware configuration in the /boot/firmware/config.txt file in order to
define following parameter:
dtparam=pcie1_gen3
Is it possible to install the OSes via PINN on a SD Card and to clone it on on the NVME SSD, and then to change the param in the config file ?

Thank you in advance
