Troubleshooting • Raspberry Pi 5 doesn't boot, unknown LED error code

My Raspberry Pi 5 hasn't been booting, and I can't figure out a way to fix it. I cancelled the verification of a flash then put the microSD card in and turned it on, and that's where the issue began. The fan turns on for testing, and the green light goes from bright to very faint maybe twice, then turns off. This repeats around twice, until it stays on, but doesn't fully boot. I can't get an error code from my monitor because I don't have the cord yet, so I have to rely off of SSH which hasn't been connecting, despite the custom settings.
Here's what I've tried:
1. Formatting the microSD card and flashing back
I got the same issue with the rebooting, and the LED code was 3 long flashes, and then atleast 10 short flashes.
2. Trying a different microSD card
Same issue as the first try
3. Trying a different power supply
I took out my 65 watt charging brick + charger and tried using that as a power supply, but that didn't help at all.
4. Attempting to repair the bootloader by flashing the SD Card Boot file to the microSD card
It just kept flashing green, then after awhile I decided to unplug it and reflash Raspberry Pi OS. The fan turned on and the green light went from bright to faint twice, and then it just began blinking green again. After around 5-10 minutes, it stayed on a green light and blinked every 15-20 seconds.

Any suggestions what to do from here? I have a warranty for 2 years, so should I just send it back or is it still fixable?
