What is the easiest way to use VSCode and the current Pico extension to build a C program of which you already have the (single file) source? It was previously built with a much older version of Code and the old toolchain, and the old version worked, but now needs a minor update. I tried: "Create new project" but nothing seemed to happen after I completed and submitted the initial page of information.
