Hello, I attempted to create a custom board with an RP2040, but I’m having difficulties with the USB connection. There seems to be activity on the USB lines (as seen in the photo) when the cable is plugged in, but the voltage remains very low.
I know my USB traces on the board aren’t quite up to standards, but I tried to respect impedance, and 27-ohm resistors are present. What should I look into to resolve my issue?
I’ve verified that the 12MHz crystal is providing a signal, and I’m getting SPI_CLK signals, which makes me think I haven’t damaged the component. However, when I short the SPI_SS (using a 1k resistor) to force the microcontroller to boot into USB mode, the computer doesn’t detect anything. I have the correct drivers installed since I can communicate with a standard Raspberry Pi Pico.I know my USB traces on the board aren’t quite up to standards, but I tried to respect impedance, and 27-ohm resistors are present.
