After a couple of updates today my flatpak apps are missing from the menus and I get the following error upon a flatpak update
something is removing the dirs as /etc/profiles/d/flatpak.sh has not changed
Edit: I can launch the apps manually but get the above warning every time ![:(]( "Sad")

Note that the directories '/var/lib/flatpak/exports/share''/home/annie/.local/share/flatpak/exports/share'are not in the search path set by the XDG_DATA_DIRS environment variable, soapplications installed by Flatpak may not appear on your desktop until thesession is restarted.Code:
