Beginners • moving from usb boot to NVME

I tried two times with SD cards, but no success, eery time problem, i tried wit UISB and it worked, but it is terribly slow.
I have ordered a NVME hat and memory so tomorrow should have it hoping a faster operation.
BUT ... how to transfer the OS ans all setting and upgrades already made to the new device ?
there is a preferred way or an alreasy made command [RPI5 with bookworm64]
