Camera board • RPI HQ Camera poor video quality

I want to take a full hd 30 fps video of football matches. I'm using HQ Camera with different lenses.

The video quality is getting to 1080p 30fps easily but the video looks grained. I'm taking videos in full sun light.
Do you experience the same issue?

I know that this is a vague question, honestly I'm wondering whether the HQ camera can be used for recording Full HD videos with an fine or excellent quality.
