That's it. Running sudo apt update and upgrade bricked my Raspberry Pi 5. I just did it again on a clean image, and rest in peace.
Well, 'bricks'... I don't know, at least I can't access it via SSH, and it doesn't respond to pings even though it was previously configured correctly on a clean image.
Previously to this, I had lost access to my original setup where everything was fully configured and installed, thinking that the SD card might have been corrupted. So, I swapped the SD card, installed only the bare minimum (just setting up SSH and the network), and after doing the update, the result was exactly the same: no SSH access, no response to pings, RIP.
Now I have to go find a micro HDMI, connect it to a monitor, and plug in a keyboard and mouse... What a hassle. Does anybody knows what could have happened?
