Troubleshooting • Viewsonic Touchscreen not working

I have a Viewsonic TD2465 touchscreen monitor and a Rasp pi5. In horizontal mode every thing works normal.
The problem is as soon as I switch it to vertical orientation the touchscreen stops working.

Does anyone have a solution for this?

I’m also looking for info on how to add a floating or pop up keyboard for touchscreen
