Raspberry Pi OS • couple of fixes, black screen on command terminal, & special characters

I was watching a youtube yesterday, it was annoying, having white font on black,
I changed mine open it up to "Edit" => "Preferences" Black color font on white is a lot better.

I tried to do internet search for special characters, So then I made a "special character.txt" and copy and paste into it.

Copy and paste into document works better, I did not have any trouble with LibreOffice in windows,
Sometimes I seem to do lots of things but nothing gets done, So that is when I go for option >1
