Beginners • Remote boot up

I’m brand new and don’t mind admitting that I’m challenged with my Rpi.
I want to use it for remote access to use
Nord VPN Meshnet.
The problem is that unless I start the browser a couple of times when I’m with the machine it will not connect automatically to my wifi.
This means that I can’t see the rpi remotely.
Can I get some help to make sure the rpi goes online automatically at boot up. ??
