I'm trying to understand how to load simplemqtt or umqttrobust from https://github.com/micropython/micropyt ... /simple.py on to my PICO.
I've managed to get my MQTT broker to accept connections from other clients on my LAN, ( hint: if you enable encrypted passwords and create at least one password, that seems to allow the broker to accept connections other than localhost ).
Now, I'd like to get my PICO project to use MQTT and connect to the MQTT broker. With help from the forum members, I've got the Wiznet ethernet hat W5100 working - at least I get an (dhcp) assigned address.
Has anyone else got MQTT working on PICO ? [not the WiFI enabled Pico]
I don't find the instructions at that link, that easy to understand. It's me, not the instructions. So, anyone who has got it working - any hints ?
