Hello there. I really hope someone can help me.
I've been trying to fix, the problem myself for 2 hours with different online solution from Google and this forum, but I'm afraid that I'm doing things worse.
Long story short, I installed a 3.5inch screen from temu, followeded online toturial and downloaded lcdshow from github https://github.com/goodtft/LCD-show/tree/master
Everything was fine.
Today I wanted to uninstall the screen and use hdmi again. Upon using the LCD-hdmi script from the folder, the hdmi worked again, but I noticed that the sound icon at the Taskbar was gone. PLEASE NOTE I used LCD35-SHOW script to make the 3.5inch work but it disabled hdmi port.
I've did try reinstalling pulseaudio and editing the config.txt file to force hdmi. But nothing seems to work. I have a pi 5 8gb running bookworm 64bit.
I really don't want to reinstall the whole system، I've used alot of time setting up different programs and scripts.
Perhaps there's a smart guy that can figurer out what "LCD35-SHOW" script did and why "LCD-hdmi" didn't undo it -.-'
I'll be happy to provide screenshot or different cmd output.
