Beginners • Digital Art and Pi Zero 2w

Hello I am new to raspberry Pi and a noob to all of this. I was wondering if anyone could help me with some questions or link me to some. I want to use the raspberry pi zero 2w for digital art but I don't know where to begin.

1. Can I use a Wacom Movink with the raspberry pi zero 2w or any of the raspberry pi devices? The Wacom movink uses usb-c to connect so would I need a mini HDMI adapter?

2. Could I download linux software? I wanted to try the linux version of Paintstorm studio? However I did not know if it is possible.
