I recently bought a Raspberry Pi 5 and have been having trouble getting it to boot. When I try to install an OS using a bootable 32 GB SD card, the LED initially turns red, then green, but I get no HDMI signal on the monitor and no diagnostic page on boot. I've tried two different 32 GB SD cards, three different HDMI cables, two different monitors, and various operating systems, including Raspberry Pi OS and Ubuntu, but the result is the same each time. I updated the bootloader and then tried to boot from a USB flash drive, but the Raspberry Pi doesn’t seem to recognize it—the LED stays solid red, and there’s no HDMI signal. I also tried changing the resolution, refresh rate, and other configurations in the config.text file, but it made no difference. I know the power supply is working well, as it has been tested.
How can I fix this, or how can I determine if the board is faulty? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
