Hi yall,
I was wondering if I have to update the OS on my Raspberry Pi 4 model B in order for the new camera module 3 NoIR Wide to work? Will I be able to get away with it and only do a system update using "sudo apt-get update"? I tried to watch videos and read different websites, but I'm still not 100% sure since the answers vary. Also, I'm not 100% certain if the answer also varies depending on which pi you have (I apologize, I'm fairly new to this).
I was previously using the v2 cam and I want to upgrade it but I don't want to update to the newest kernel if I don't have to.
Thanks for reading and I appreciate any tips!
