Troubleshooting • Unable to connect to RasPi

I'm having a problem with my Raspberry Pi where I can't ssh into or ping it.

When i tried to ping it i got this respond:

C:\Users\phamv>ping raspberrypi.local

I have tried to connect to Raspi via Ethernet follow this guide https://www.diyhobi.com/share-windows-i ... rnet-port/. But Putty give this error https://ibb.co/R2CJT0p
Im using raspberrypi 3, connect to the same wifi.
